How Purity looks after your data
Plain answers about what we protect and how, and what Purity does not do.
- Each brand is walled off
- Every record belongs to one brand, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone outside that brand. Staff, admins and owners have different permissions.
- Keys you can replace, not read
- Texting, email, shipping and payment keys are stored where no one can read them back, including you. You can only replace them.
- A record of every change
- Every change is logged with who made it, when, and whether it came from the dashboard, your website or the AI assistant. Deletes can be undone.
- Signed messages in and out
- Messages from payment, texting, email and shipping services are checked for their signature before Purity acts on them. Messages Purity sends to your systems are signed too.
- Agreements and consent kept straight
- Research-use agreements and marketing consent are stored with the exact words shown and can’t be edited afterwards.
- The AI asks before it changes anything
- The assistant can read your data to answer questions. Every change it suggests waits for a person to confirm, and runs with that person’s permissions.
What Purity does not do
- Purity does not hold or move your money. Payments go from your buyers to you.
- Purity does not decide what you may sell, and it is not legal advice. The wording check and agreements help you stay careful; they do not replace your own lawyer.
- Purity does not sell or share your customers’ data.
