Payments that find their own orders

Every order gets a short payment code. The buyer puts it in the memo, and the money lands on the right order no matter how it was sent.

  • Zelle, bank transfer, wire, check, crypto on the right network, card through your own gateway, and the payment apps your buyers already use.
  • Forward your payment-received emails to a private address and Purity records each one. The same alert never counts twice.
  • Payments without a code wait in one list with a suggested order. You confirm with one tap.
  • Unpaid orders get a reminder by text and email, then close on their own after the number of days you pick.

No lab report, no sale

A new batch starts in quarantine and cannot be sold until a lab report from a named lab is on file, passes your purity minimum and is in date. The database itself refuses the sale, not a setting someone can forget.

  • Three states only: quarantine, released and hold. You always know why a batch is where it is.
  • A failed or expired report puts the batch on hold the same day, and it drops off every storefront.
  • Every label carries a QR code to a public batch page with the lab, the test date and the lab’s own verification link.
  • Buyers can download the report for the exact batch they received, straight from their order.
  • Stock counts by batch, so days of stock left is based on what you can actually sell.
