Add another brand, or close one

Each brand keeps its own customers, products, texting number and email sender, under the same login.

Owners can add more brands to the same account, and close one that is no longer active.

  1. To add a brand: open Settings, find "Brands on this account", and click "Add a brand".
  2. Enter the new brand name and web name, then click "Add brand".

If your plan does not have room for another brand, Purity tells you instead of creating it.

  1. To close a brand: open Settings for that brand and scroll to "Close this brand".
  2. Type the brand name to confirm.
  3. Click "Close this brand".

Closing takes the brand off the menu, turns off its shop, website connection and scheduled messages, and makes it read-only. Nothing is deleted: orders, agreements, lab reports and the activity log are kept. Reopen it later from "Closed brands" in Settings, with "Reopen".
