People join a brand through a link you create for them. Nobody can sign up into your brand on their own.
- Open Settings and find the Team section.
- Enter their email.
- Pick a role: "Staff: day-to-day work" or "Admin: also settings, deletes and invites".
- Click "Create invite link".
- Copy the link and send it to them yourself. Nothing is emailed automatically.
The link works once and expires in 7 days. Whoever opens it signs in or creates an account with that email, then clicks "Accept invite" to join. Cancel an unused invite with "Cancel invite", or remove someone who already joined with "Remove".
