Verify a wholesale buyer

Check a buyer's business details and mark them verified so they can be trusted with wholesale pricing.

Verification is done from the buyer's own customer page, not from Compliance. Compliance shows how many buyers are verified so far.

  1. Open the customer's page and find "Wholesale buyer" in the sidebar.
  2. If they aren't verified yet, click "Not verified. Verify this buyer" to open the form.
  3. Enter their business or institution name, license number or EIN if you have it, and what you checked.
  4. Click "Mark verified".
  5. To undo it later, click "Remove verification" on the same customer.
