Change your Purity plan

Switch plans any time; going over your order limit two months running moves you up automatically.

Open Billing to compare plans and see what each includes: an order limit, brands, team members, phone numbers, texts, emails and AI questions.

  1. Find the plan you want and click "Switch to [plan name]".
  2. The change applies to your next invoice.

If you go over your plan's order limit two months in a row, Purity schedules a move up to the next plan 14 days out and tells you why on this page. Nothing is blocked while you wait. Changing plans yourself before that date cancels the scheduled move.
