Turn on payment reminders

Text and email buyers about unpaid orders automatically, and cancel the ones that never pay.

Set this up once and Purity chases unpaid orders for you.

  1. Open Payment methods and find "Unpaid orders".
  2. Check "Remind customers about unpaid orders by text and email, and cancel orders that are never paid".
  3. Set how many hours until the first and second reminder.
  4. Set how many days until an unpaid order is cancelled.
  5. Click "Save reminders".

Orders that are partly paid still get reminders, but are never cancelled automatically.
