Decline or withdraw a wholesale quote

Turn down a quote request, or pull back a quote you already sent.

You can withdraw a quote any time before the buyer answers it, whether it is still waiting to be priced or already sent to them.

  1. Open the quote from Wholesale.
  2. Optionally add a reason in the box, shown to the buyer.
  3. Click "Withdraw quote".

A withdrawn quote cannot be priced or sent again. If the buyer still wants the order, they need to request a new quote.
