Import a supplier's price sheet

Load a supplier's current prices from a CSV file or pasted text.

Loading a sheet replaces that supplier's current price for each product and strength; older prices are kept in their history, not lost.

  1. Open the supplier from Suppliers.
  2. Under "Load a price sheet", name the sheet and set "Received".
  3. Choose a "CSV file", or click "Or paste it" to paste the sheet as text.
  4. Click "Load prices".

Columns can be named anything sensible: product, strength (like 10mg), vials per kit, price per kit or price per vial.

Products are matched to your own catalog by name automatically where they line up; unmatched prices still load and show as "Not matched" on the supplier page.
