Open a subscriber from the Subscribers list to see their full record.
Consent history is a permanent, unchangeable log of what they agreed to, the exact wording they saw, and where it came from: signup form, import, or added by your team. If nothing is recorded, that person is not messaged.
Contact shows their email and mobile status. If they are currently subscribed, click "Unsubscribe from email" or "Unsubscribe from texts" to take them off that channel by hand.
Recent campaigns lists the campaigns they were sent, and whether they opened or clicked.
